This course is for students ages 18 or older and have failed the behind-the-wheel portion of the drivers test.

Yes. Students must get 38 out of 50 questions correct on the final test to pass, you are allowed unlimited attempts until you pass.

Yes. You will need to complete four hours of driving training with a licensed abbreviated adult driver training school or complete 24 hours with a licensed driver age 21 or older. Bring the 24-hour affidavit form when you apply for your drivers license.

Once you complete adult drivers ed and your behind-the-wheel driving training, you can schedule a driving test. If you happen to fail the driving test, you do not have to take adult drivers ed again, you just have to wait 7 days before you can take the driving test again.

Once you pass the OH DMV road test you’ll receive a temporary driver’s license that will work until your official one (with your good looking photo on it) will arrive in the mail. Be sure you keep your official driver’s license in a safe place!
