Thats just ignorant! Unlicensed drivers!!! Relay!! Ninety percent is due to this surcharge crap. Texas should have to pay for job loss, Not obtaining a job ( How much unemployment is contributed to these surcharges?) Most people Ive seen have gone ten years without a license, are a single parent raising two to three children, like my self and have to put food on the table. What would you do not to see your child go hungry? Most employers wont even blink in your direction with out a valid drivers license, also given a great percentage of paying jobs are over twenty five miles or greater away; You going to get off your butt instead of the computer and take them to work? There child’s school , Ect.? No;;;; I think not , not at 1.4 MILLION PEOPLE superman… They , The people should all sign a petition abolishing the law past and present affected by the surcharge law…
